Oh I have to show you my find! I love clearance sections...honestly that is the ONLY place I shop. CLEARANCE RACK. While browsing around one day I found this little dress. I didn't like the way it look on me being so long, so I shortened it and made a skirt for my DD too!! Check it out and then go hunt those racks (closet and clearance) for something to revamp! Oh one more thing - PLEASE don't look closely at the picture of me. Not very flattering self portraits. I was in a hurry nad this is what I came up with.

How did I do it? Well, the bottom was made up of tiers. I took the tier at the top and cut it out. Then I sewed the bottom two tiers up around the bust line. EASY! Now what to do with all that material??? Made my little one a skirt! Hem the bottom, make a casing for an elastic, and let her twirl away!
